The Prototype 2 english language pack is an unofficial, fan-created language pack which provides full localization for the game in English. It also fixes some issues with the fonts to make them more readable on HD screens. This mod does not require installation and can be played by simply re-applying it through Steam every time you want to play Prototype 2 in your preferred language. You can also use it alongside the official Russian or German language packs. The package includes localized versions of the game's CGI video files, subtitles, main menu screens and multiplayer chat messages which are all available in both SSE and non-SSE versions for maximum compatibility. It also contains a custom font variant that makes the game easier to read on HD screens. This font variant comes in regular and bold flavors, it does not contain any additional glyphs. The included readme provides instructions for applying the mod through Steam for both games in English or other languages. All technical information is presented inside so there's no need to look for external sources if you want to know what exactly is being changed in each file when installing this mod. The non-SSE version works on all Windows versions from XP and up, both 32 and 64 bit.
